The historic homestead "Glen Mhor" is nestled in a parklike setting and surrounded by rolling hills close to the sea. It's the ideal base for exploring the Tasman and Nelson region. The apartment sleeps 2 to max 4 people.
The apartment with its own entrance consists of a large lounge providing access to a shared patio and park, a sofa bed sleeps the extra guest or the kids; the bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a dining room with a kitchenette and the bathroom with shower, which make this apartment the perfect romantic retreat for your holidays in the Tasman&Nelson region. Bike the Great Tasman Taste Trail, walk & swim at the nearby Kina Beach, play the 9-hole Kina Golf Course, explore numerous art & craft businesses, cafes, restaurants and boutique wineries.
We are happy to share with you our patio, garden, park and farmland. Kids are welcome to have free pony rides.
We are Michael and Michelle, a half retired German couple who live on-site. Our kids have left home and are living nearby with their families. We love sharing our experience and hobbies like horse riding, tramping, ..and having with our guests a glass of beer or wine for the sundowner on the top hill of our farm overlooking the whole Nelson Bay!
